Accident LOCK HAVEN — A two-vehicle accident occurred Saturday at 10:39 a.m. on East Main Street near Vesper Street, city police said. Police said Nicholas Klaras, 213 Rose St., Lock Haven, was pulling his sedan from a parking spot as Roger James Burkett, 129 Woodward Ave., changed lanes and collided with Klaras’ vehicle. Underage drinking LOCK HAVEN — John Mangini, 19, of 204 Bellefonte Ave., was cited for underage drinking Friday at 11:46 p.m., city police said. Police said Mangini was at 507 W. Church St., and was in a highly intoxicated state.
