Stalking, harassment
LOCK HAVEN — A city man was arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly harassing a female victim, 42, on East Park Street.
Willie C. Wilson, 39, of 495 S. Jones St., allegedly harassed and followed the unidentified victim.
City police said he was on top of the hood of her car when they arrived.
Wilson was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Joseph Sanders and held on $15,000 bail.
Chains stolen
BEECH CREEK — A half-dozen six-foot logging chains were stolen Friday morning from 2497 Laurel Road, Beech Creek Township, state police at Lamar said.
The chains are the property of Randy Renninger, 49, of McVeytown, police said.
Bar disturbance
JERSEY SHORE — A borough man was arrested early Sunday morning after causing a disturbance at Splitter’s Bar on Broad Street and fleeing from police.
Jason Bradley Seyler, 32, of 418 S. Broad St., allegedly threw a bottle through the bar window and threatened an employee there, police said.
Seyler fled from the bar and from police before being taken into custody by officers.
He was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, harassment, public intoxication and resisting arrest.
Disturbances
JERSEY SHORE — Ronald Cummings, 48, no address listed, was taken into custody after allegedly causing several disturbances in the borough, police said.
According to police, Cummings had been drinking alcohol and was found lying face down at an apartment at 1220 Allegheny St.
Police said he repeatedly used obscene language while being taken to Jersey Shore Hospital and also used obscenities while at the hospital.
He was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication and was placed in prison on $2,500 bail, police said.
Public intoxication
LOCK HAVEN — Michael E. Ruth, 33, of 327 W. Main St., was cited for public intoxication Friday at 12:32 a.m., city police said.
Ruth was found lying on a sidewalk along Bellefonte Avenue and was in a highly intoxicated state, police said.
Drunk driving
LOCK HAVEN — Jesse James Gadd, 23, of 24 Mordred Drive, Mill Hall, was stopped for speeding on West Water Street at 2:15 a.m. Friday and was found to be driving while intoxicated, city police said.
Door damaged
LOCK HAVEN — A door was kicked and damaged Monday at 230 S. Jones St., city police said.
Police estimated the damage at $200.
GPS stolen
LOCK HAVEN — A GPS unit, radar detector, sunglasses and other items were stolen from a parked car late Sunday or early Monday at 113 W. Bald Eagle St., city police said.
The loss was estimated at $560.
Hit and run
LOCK HAVEN — A hit-and-run accident occurred on North Hanna Street near East Bald Eagle Street between Friday and Monday, city police said.
According to police, a motorist struck and damaged a PPL utility pole and left the scene without reporting the accident.
Crash
LOCK HAVEN — One vehicle had to be towed from the scene of an accident at the intersection of Irwin and West Third streets Wednesday morning, city police said.
Dorothy E. Wolfe, 82, of 12 E. Church St., attempted to make a left turn onto West Third Street in her 1998 Oldsmobile Achieva and struck a 1993 Chevy S10, driven by Judith A. Taylor, 65, of 1532 Bald Eagle Mountain Road, Mill Hall, police said.
Wolfe’s vehicle suffered only minor damage, city police said.
Taylor’s left front wheel was damaged and her vehicle had to be towed.
No injuries were reported.
