Amy Marie Serafini and John Bryan Clemons were married in El Paso, Texas, at noon, Dec. 30, 2008, in an intimate ceremony that their parents witnessed.
The bride is the daughter of William and Virginia Serafini of Renovo.
The groom is the son of J. Burris and Carolyn Clemons of Bearden, Ark.
The ceremony was followed by a dinner at the legendary Cattleman's Indian Cliff Ranch.
Amy is a graduate of Lock Haven University and Bucknell University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Amy served as the principal of El Paso Independent School District's historic Douglass Elementary, located in the Segundo barrio in central El Paso.
In January of this year, Amy became the principal of Alpine Elementary.
Bryan earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Henderson State University in Arkedelphia, Ark., and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force.
He is a graduate from the U.S. Department of Justice Special Agent Training Academy in Quantico, Va.
Bryan serves as a special agent with the Drug Enforcement Agency on the southwest border.
The couple resided in El Paso, where they met, but relocated to Sierra la Rana Ranch in Alpine, Texas, at the start of the New Year.
