Eagle watch at
Little Pine
WATERVILLE - The nesting pair of Bald Eagles has returned to Little Pine State Park.
On Saturday, April 18, join the park naturalist at the eagle watch area to learn more about the national symbol and to observe the nest. Binoculars and spotting scopes will be available for a close-up view. The program begins at 10:30 a.m. and the observation period ends at 12 p.m., unless you bring your own binoculars.
Learn how to identify eagles, their historical associations and biology. Discover where else in the Pine Creek watershed nests have been spotted. Meet fellow eagle enthusiasts, and settle in for a good time.
