BELLEFONTE - William K. Bindley, 50, of Holtwood, was taken by helicopter to Altoona Hospital for medical treatment after a one-vehicle crash early Sunday morning, state police at Rockview report.
Bindley was traveling north on East Sycamore Street at Devils Elbow Road, Boggs Township, at around 1 a.m., when he failed to negotiate a left-hand turn and hit a group of trees, police said.
Police said Bindley had to be extricated from his 2000 Subaru Forester and was flown from the scene with serious injuries. Police said an investigation is pending.
CASTANEA - A structure fire was reported to have occurred in Castanea Township shortly before 5 p.m. Monday, according to the Clinton County Department of Emergency Services.
Castanea Fire Co. officials were unavailable this morning to provide the details of their volunteers' efforts on behalf of the community.
LAMAR - A fire of short duration occurred in Porter Township Monday beginning at 10:17 p.m.
Firefighters were back at the station in less than 30 minutes.
Teen drinking party
MACKEYVILLE - State police said 11 juveniles were cited for underage drinking Saturday at 8:25 p.m. in a wooded area behind 754 Long Run Road in Lamar Township.
LAMAR - State police report Andriy Rusu, 31, of Chicago, Ill., will be charged with retail theft after he allegedly stole $2.78 in merchandise from the Flying J Travel Plaza in Porter Township.
The incident occurred at 8:15 p.m. Friday, police said.
FLEMINGTON - Jonathon Dale, 26, of Lock Haven, was stopped on High Street for a traffic violation at 2:20 a.m. Sunday and found to be driving under the influence, state police at Lamar allege.
CASTANEA - State police at Lamar are investigating a burglary at Enterprise Rent-a-Car on South Hanna Street over the weekend. Police said the front door was pried open and a safe was removed.

License plate stolen
MILL HALL - Jennifer Tressler of Mill Hall reported to state police that the registration from her Ford Explorer was removed and an expired registration plate was put in its place, over the weekend.

LOGANTON - State police responded to a residence at 304 S. Hopple Hollow Road, Greene Township, at 12:10 a.m. for an alleged domestic dispute involving a 45-year-old mother and her 27-year-old daughter.
Charges of harassment will be filed against both and a charge of criminal mischief will be filed against the mother, police said.
LOCK HAVEN - State police at Lamar report that Carl K. Ramser Jr., 25, of 115 S. Fairview St., was pulled over for a traffic violation and found to be DUI. The incident occurred at 12:45 a.m. April 25 on South Fairview Street, police said.
LOCK HAVEN - Dennis J. Ziegler II, 21, of Philipsburg, will be charged with public drunkenness after state police at Lamar observed him walking in a taped off area of a construction zone and carrying an open bottle of vodka.
The incident occurred at 3:10 a.m. Saturday on Bellefonte Avenue near Commerce Street, police said.
BEECH CREEK - State police report a two-vehicle collision at 9:04 p.m. April 23 on Route 150 near Harrison Street in Beech Creek.
Drivers were Jenny L. Haines of Beech Creek and Jan S. Hall of Beech Creek, police said. Haines was taken to Lock Haven Hospital with minor injuries, police said.
Theft of gift cards
MILL HALL - Jennifer L. Heaton, 44, of Mill Hall, reported to state police that two Lowe's merchandise cards - valued at $190 and $230 - were stolen from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the driveway at 233 Pennsylvania Ave. on April 20.
LAMAR - Kelly J. Wilt, 22, of Elizabethtown, told state police she swerved her car to miss an animal on the road and struck a utility pole. The incident occurred at 4:40 a.m. April 25 on Narrows Road, near Route 64 in Porter Township, police said. The driver was not hurt.
HYNER - A 16-year-old white female from Renovo will be charged with underage drinking after she was stopped for a traffic violation at 1:30 a.m. April 25 on Route 120 near Hyner run Road in Chapman Township, state police said.
Theft from vehicle
FLEMINGTON - Shawn Smith of Flemington, reported to state police at Lamar that a global positioning system, a compact disc player and a two-way radio were stolen from his vehicle between 3:30 p.m. April 20 and 6 a.m. April 21, while parked at 500 James St., Flemington.

MILL HALL - Rebecca Gugino, 39, of Mill Hall reported to state police at Lamar that she was harassed on www.facebook.com at 3:48 p.m. April 21. Police are investigating.
Truck strikes tree
SPRING MILLS - No injuries were reported after a truck hit a tree along Gingrich Gap Road, near Fern Valley Farm Lane, Gregg Township, Thursday afternoon, state police at Rockview report.
Bryan D. Smith, 19, of Howard, lost control of his 1991 Dodge Ram on a left bend in the road, travelled off the road and struck a tree at around 5:15 p.m., police said.
CENTRE HALL - Amber D. Knierim, 18, of Centre Hall, is accused of harassment after she allegedly got into a verbal argument with Carla Shaw, 55, of Centre Hall, and slapped Shaw across the face Saturday at 4:35 at 132 Meadows Drive, police said.
Knierim then allegedly kicked Susan L. Petrillo, 63, of Centre Hall, in the leg, state police at Rockview report.
