Jersey Shore Branch YMCA Y-Kids Learn participants were joined by parents and relatives for their graduation from pre-school on May 29. About 200 familiy members and YMCA staff and volunteers crowded the Y's gymnasium to celebrate the accomplishments of the 17 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds. The children sang a selection of songs, received diplomas and all were treated to a slide show presentation of memories from the past school year. Teachers Janice Dvorscak and Mary Sander proudly spoke about the children's accomplishments and Executive Director Elisabeth Miranda congratulated the children and thanked the families for their support. A reception was held in honor of the children after the graduation.
