Jamie (Stiver) McCloskey and Philip R. Mertz of Howard are excited to announce their enagagement.
Jamie, daughter of Vickie and Brad Buckle of Howard and the late Robert Stiver, is a 2001 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School in Wingate.
Philip, son of Margarita Mertz of Lancaster and Philip R. Mertz of Leola, is a 1999 graduate of Penn Manor High School in Millersville and a U.S. Navy veteran.
