STATE COLLEGE - Tom Brasher of Poole Anderson Construction recently passed the professional engineer exam and met all requirements to become a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania focused in civil engineering.
This certification enables the authority to sign and seal engineering documents such as reports, drawings and calculations for study, estimate design and analysis. A Pennsylvania professional engineer is licensed and registered under the laws of the Commonwealth to engage in the practice of engineering and may perform engineering land surveys.
