Announcement has been made of the engagement of Kayla Marie Krupa and Dustin Carl Houtz.
Kayla is the daughter of Scott and Christene Houtz of Avis. Dustin is the son of Carl Houtz of Lock Haven and Sharon Bowmaster of Mill Hall.
The couple plans a July 2010 wedding.
