Mr. And Mrs. David W. Young of Lock Haven are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Jean Young, to Justin Matthew Burns, son of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Burns of Warren Center.
The bride-to-be will graduate this year from Lock Haven University and with a Bachelor in Outdoor Recreation Management. She is currently doing her internship at Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society.
Justin will graduate this year from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He is currently doing an internship at Tooling and Dynamics in York.
