Joseph and Jane Savrock of Lock Haven announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lynn Savrock, to William John Hallman, son of Terry and Darlene Hallman of Dayton.
Jessica is the granddaughter of Claude and Dorothy Simonson of Tarpon Springs, Fla., and Julia and the late John Savrock of Mill Hall.
William is the grandson of John and Elizabeth Brochetti of Yatesboro, Janet Hallman of Dayton and Gene Hallman of Kittanning.

Jessica graduated from Central Mountain High School, Mill Hall, in 2000 and Lock Haven University in 2004. She is director of communications for Affinity Connection, Inc., in State College.
William graduated from Dayton High School, Dayton, in 2000 and The Pennsylvania State University in 2004. He is a producer for Waterman Broadcasting in Fort Myers, Fla.
The couple resides in Fort Myers, Fla. A 2011 wedding is being planned.
