The Express will publish an early morning edition for delivery on Monday, Labor Day, Sept. 6.
However, the community newspaper office at 9 W. Main St. in downtown Lock Haven will be closed that day in observance of the holiday.
The office will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday. The deadline for funeral directors' submission of obituaries for publication on Labor Day will be 8 p.m. Sunday.
