Relda Feidler, a resident of the Lock Haven Extended Care Unit, celebrated her 98th birthday on Sept. 22. Family and friends surprised her with a birthday party that evening. Her biggest surprise was an autographed picture that she received from Danny O’Donnell wishing her a happy 98th birthday.
