Great-grandparents are Maxine Chubb of Beech Creek, Russel and Helen Peters of Beech Creek, and Philip and Janet Heivly of Lock Haven. The baby also has a great-great-grandmother, Cora Gingerich of Lock Haven.
PERCHALSKI - Jacob Perchalski and Tanya Hill of 423 Wright St., Lock Haven, are parents of a daughter, Emma Michele Perchalski, born on Jan. 23, 2011 at Lock Haven Hospital. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces at 20.5 inches. Grandparents are Dawn Hill of Lock Haven, Larry Hill of Trout Run, Jesse and Danielle Gainer of Upper Darby and Brian Perchalski of Upper Darby.
