Announcement has been made of the engagement of Jennifer L. Miller, daughter of Clement "Butch" Miller and Penelope Williams of Lock Haven, to Joseph Carboni, son of Joseph Carboni of Cocoa, Fla., and Margaret Carboni of Caln.
Jennifer is a 2000 graduate of Jersey Shore Senior High School, 2004 graduate of West Chester University and 2005 graduate of the University of Illinois at Springfield where she earned a Master of Arts degree in public affairs reporting. She is a news reporter for the Daily Local News in West Chester and adjunct professor with Delaware County Community College in Chester County.
Joseph is a 1985 graduate of Downingtown High School in Downingtown. He served in the United States Marine Corps between 1996 and 2003, earning the title of sergeant. He was previously a police officer in Coatesville and is a police officer in Caln. He is the father of Kaitlyn and Joseph.
