This cute little girl is Lily Ott and she turned 2 years old on July 4, 2011.
Lily loves watching Dora, dressing up like a princess and playing with her puppy, Paris.
She is the daughter of Stephanie Rowland and Ben Ott of Mill Hall. Grandparents are Karl and Sherri Rowland of Great Valley, N.Y. and Bob and Cindy Probs,t of North Bend.
