Descendants of the late George Henry and Verdilla Sloterman Hazel held thier 24th annual reunion on July 23 at Grove Park in Flemington. Attending were 21 family members and one guest.
Officers elected for next year are Laura Hazel, president; Sabrina Zimmerman, vice president; Mary Lee Gugliocciello, secretary/treasurer; Jim Weaver, chaplain and Christy Gugliocciello, Lacy Gugliocciello and July Pittman, game committee.
A 50/50 drawing and Chinese auction were held. Games were enjoyed by all.
Those attending were Laura Hazel, John and Mary Lee Gugliocciello, Ken and Julie Pittman and Mary Zimmerman of Flemington; Ella Yothers, Doug Tressler, Jim, Diana and James Weaver of Howard; April and Joshua Williams, Chelsea and Nicholas George of Lock Haven; John, Christy and Dominic Gugliocciello and Nathan Berry of Mill Hall; Dave, Susie and Dean Spangler of Rebersburg.
The next reunion is scheduled for Saturday, July 28, 2012.
