Basic campers learned about basic anatomy and common injuries, ankle, arch and thumb taping, concussions, and received CPR certification. Students traveled to Lock Haven University to learn about taking vital signs, body composition types and measurements, rehabilitation exercises and even observed a cadaver lab. The week culminated with athletic training Jeopardy and an athletic trainer boot camp physical and mental competition.

Advanced campers built on skills they learned previously in basic camp. New information taught included ankle, knee, shoulder and abdominal injuries, modalities used in athletic training and aquatic rehab.

Camp instructors are Susquehanna Health Sports Medicine Center's Outreach athletic trainers Brian Duke, Matt Godfrey, Andrea Harmon, Nick Kilpatrick, Missy Loudenslager, Mike Ludwikowski, Stephanie Sibeto, Sarah Watson and Darin Wheeler. Workshops are held annually each summer.
