Woodward Township supervisors are alerting RV owners in the flood plain along the Susquehanna River that it appears flooding is imminent and they should begin removing their RV's from that area. The National Weather Service predicts the river will be at 21.7 feet in Lock Haven on Thursday at 7 a.m. Woodward Township's ordinance requires RVs be removed from the flood plain when the river gauge on Veteran's bridge reaches 18 feet.
