SHUSS - Amanda R. (Heverly) and Steven A. Shuss were doubly blessed on Sept. 1, 2011, when they became the parents of twin boys, Logan Timothy Shuss and Caleb Thomas Shuss. The birth took place at Geisinger Medical Center with Logan arriving at 9:21 p.m., weighing 4 pounds, 15 ounces and 18 inches long, and Caleb arriving at 9:22 p.m., weighing 4 pounds, 12 ounces and 18 inches long. Very proud grandparents are Dora and Floyd Heverly of Howard, Timothy and Doris Shuss of Carrolltown, and Pamela and Harry Colpetzer of Altoona. Logan and Caleb are also blessed to have great-grandmothers, Lois Bowes, Virginia Shuss and Anna Carl, uncles Michael Shuss, Brian Ripka and Chen, Matthew Heverly, Duane Heverly and Zena, and aunts Barbie Weaver and Mike, and Jackie Heverly.
SMITH - Tyler Smith and Krystle Melvin of 433 S. Fairview St., Lock Haven, are parents of a son, Quinton Robert Smith, born on Sept. 17, 2011 at Lock Haven Hospital. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 15.8 ounces at 19.5 inches. Quinton was welcomed home by a sister, RaeAnne Melvin. Grandparents are Robert and Jeanne Smith of Renovo, Denise Melvin of Renovo, and Lisa Smith and Richard Hamborsky of Mt. Pleasant. Great-grandparents are Ethel Melvin of Midland and Robert and Brenda Smith of New Stanton.
BREON - Derick and Autumn Breon of 95 Rockey Road, Loganton, are parents of a daughter, Carlee Marie Breon, born on Oct. 3, 2011 at Lock Haven Hospital. The baby weighed 9 pounds, 1.5 ounces at 20 inches. The mother is the former Autumn Weaver. Grandparents are James and Brenda Weaver of Loganton and Joseph and Anna Breon of Bellefonte. Great-grandparents are Vivian Weaver, Thomas and Freda Rockey, of Loganton and Rosalee Corl of Pleasant Gap.
