Patricia E. Neff, daughter of Kathleen and John Neff of Buffalo, N.Y., became the bride of Samuel M. Claster, son of Bert and Fredericka Claster of Lock Haven, on August 6, 2011.
The 4 p.m. ceremony was performed by Dr. Sampson Blair of Williamsville, N. Y. Dr. Blair is a mentor and friend of the bride. The ceremony was held on the patio overlooking the waterfront of Lake Erie, at Templeton Landing resort.
The bride's strapless ivory satin wedding gown was accented with a sweetheart neckline and a pleated satin cummerbund inserted over midriff. The lovely ball gown has a beautifully beaded and embroidered skirt that is followed throughout the back of the skirt. The breathtaking (detachable) cathedral length train has elegant beading and embroidery.

The maid of honor was Christine Marshall, also of Buffalo, a childhood friend of the bride. The bride's attendants were her brothers, John Neff of San Francisco, Calif. and Brian Neff of Buffalo.
The best man was Ty Kerstetter of Trafford, Pa., formally of Shintown/Renovo, who is a childhood friend of the groom. The groom's attendants were his two sisters, Carolyn Evans of South Bend, Ind. and Elizabeth Rice of Boston, Mass.
The ring bearer of was Samuel Evans, nephew of the groom. Music for the ceremony was provided by Brian Spence a college friend of the groom.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the Encore Cafe in Buffalo and the reception was held on the waterfront of the Templeton Landings resort.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo with a B.S. degree. She received her Master's Degree and her PhD in Sociology also from the State University of New York, completing her degrees in 2008. Dr. Claster is an assistant professor of Sociology at Edinboro University in Erie.
The groom received both his B.A. and M.A. from Edinboro University finishing his degree in 2005. He received his PhD in Sociology from South Dakota State University in 2010. Dr. Claster is an assistant professor of sociology at Edinboro University in Erie.
The couple resides in Girard, Pa.
