LOCK HAVEN - Randy P. Brungard, Esquire, of Rosamilia, Brungard & Rosamilia of Lock Haven, has been elected president of the Clinton County Bar Association to take office on Jan. 1.
Brungard replaces Frank S. Miceli, Esquire of Roberts, Miceli and Boileau, LLP as president of the Association.
Also elected to serve as officers for 2012 were Paul J. Ryan of Coploff, Ryan and Welch as vice-president, Jacqueline A. Kramer of Roberts, Miceli and Boileau, LLP as treasurer and R. Thom Rosamilia of Rosamilia, Brungard and Rosamilia as secretary.
