LOCK HAVEN - The Small Business Development Center at Lock Haven University will hold an "Introduction to QuickBooks" workshop from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 10 at 301 W. Church St.
The hands-on introductory class will cover chart accounts, adding new accounts, items, customers and venders. Participants will learn how to track accounts receivable and accounts payable and how to maintain a check register. Producing reports and backing-up data will also be introduced. This program allows people to track sales and expenses, customize invoices, generate payroll and produce reports and graphs to meet a company's needs.
