BELLEFONTE - Wendy Richards, of Madisonburg, was convicted on Friday of simple assault and harassment for biting an EMT on the arm while the EMT was trying to evaluate her in the back of an ambulance, District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller said.
Richards was sentenced to nine months of probation, a psychological evaluation and was ordered to refrain from consuming alcohol, Parks Miller said.
