Elaine Marie Wagner, daughter of Richard and Alane Wagner of Dunnstown, became the bride of Donald Gordon Benjamin Brown Sr., son of Steven Brown Sr. and George and Margo Emmil of Williamsport, on July 9, 2011.
The intimate outdoor ceremony and reception was held at the Lamey pond in Loganton and officiated by Magisterial Judge Joseph Sanders III.
The maid of honor was Traci June of Jersey Shore, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kayla Stine of Lamar, friend of the bride, and Kayla Lamey of Loganton, cousin of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Hailey Fravel, daughter of the bride. The flower girl was Kacelynn Powers, daughter of the groom.

The best man was Clayton Schmouder of Williamsport, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Wayne Newman of Lock Haven and Jeremey Savage of Lock Haven, both friends of the groom. Ring bearers were Joshua Fravel Jr., son of the bride and Donald Brown Jr., son of the couple.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Central Mountain High School and is working toward a degree in Elementary Education.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of Central Mountain High School.
The couple resides in Mill Hall.
