Announcement has been made for the engagement of Terry W. Neff Jr. (TJ), son of Terry and Diane Neff of Castanea, and Jessica M. Booher, daughter of Jeff and Karen Booher of DuBois.
TJ is a 2007 graduate of Central Mountain High School and graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Wildlife Technology. He is employed by WSP Chemical Plant in Castanea.
Jessica is a 2007 graduate of DuBois Central Catholic and graduated from Penn State with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She is employed with Head Start in Lock Haven.
