Gary and Carol Duff of Lock Haven are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Ashley Duff, to Andrew Todd Weaver, son of Ginny Sorgen of Lock Haven.
Laura is a graduate of Lock Haven University with a degree in Elementary Education. She is employed by Keystone Central and Jersey Shore school districts as a substitute teacher.
Andy is a graduate of Lycoming College with a degree in Economics Management and Business Finance. He is employed by W.A. DeHart Inc. as a sales representative.
