Central Mountain student’s senior project to benefit Ross Library

February 7, 2012
The Express

HOWARD - Zach Heaton, a Howard resident and Central Mountain High School student, has been interested in movies and movie soundtracks for as long as he can remember.

So it's not surprising that, for his senior project, Zach is collecting gently-used movie DVDs, music CDs and audio books to donate to the Ross Library in Lock Haven. In addition to gathering donations, Zach is looking forward to volunteering at the library to help process the items received. Diane Whitaker, Ross Library's executive director, is Zach's project mentor.

The public's help in making this project a success would be greatly appreciated. Donations of the above items may be made anytime during the month of February. For the public's convenience, collection boxes are available at the following locations: the Ross Library, Immaculate Conception Church, St. Agnes Church and Covenant United Methodist Church in Lock Haven; Kmart and Curves in Mill Hall; and Liberty Baptist Church in Blanchard.

For questions or more information about the project, email Zach at zachman324@gmail.com.
