Clifford H. "Jake" Shady Jr., 74, of Lock Haven, passed into Heaven on Feb. 15, 2012.
Jake was the son of the late Clifford H. and Erma M. (Hoffman) Shady.
He was a 1956 graduate of Lock Haven High School.

Clifford was a self-employed contractor.
He is survived by his beloved wife, the former Betty Page; sons, Clifford Shady III of Beech Creek and Jason (Mindy ) Shady of Oceola Mills; step-daughter Rickie Smith of Lock Haven; and grandchildren, Sierra Shady, Brock Shady, Zane Driver and Charles Smith. Also surviving are two sisters, Ruth A. (Thomas) Holt of Woolrich and Emily M. Umstad of Mill Hall and nephews, Craig S. (Candace) Jahelka of Hebron, Md. and Clarence F. (Elizabeth) Hill of Enola.
Private funeral services will be at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home 121 West Main St., Lock Haven.
