Ryan Conklin, a senior at Central Mountain High School, was the winner of the Lock Haven VFW Post 1630 Scholarship for 2012. Ryan maintains a 3.7 GPA, completed 38 hours of community service working for CleanScapes and will attend Pennsyvlania College of Technology majoring in Gaming Simulation. The VFW also honored Matt Mann, a senior at Central Mountain, whose senior project was raising money for the scholarship. He promoted a pool team at the Lock Haven VFW.
