Ellie Trulick, secretary of Marion Township, Centre County, has been appointed to the Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors.
The Rules Committee writes and amends rules for the conduct of all association meetings and submits recommendations for amending the association's by-laws.
