Mike Salisbury, president of the Rotary Sunrise Club of Mill Hall, presents a donation from the club to Cindy Love, executive director of the Clinton County Women’s Center. The money will help with a new heating system for the center. Officials are converting from fuel to natural gas, which will be more cost-efficient.
