She weighed 7 pounds, 3.5 ounces at 20 inches. Her grandparents are Joy and Jeff Croak of Mill Hall and Maureen and Roger Plaisted of New Jersey. Olivia's great-grandparents include Emma Swinehart of McElhattan and Dagmar Clancy of New Jersey.
RAFTER- Hannah Avarie Rafter was born March 31, 2012 at 9:41 a.m. in Geisinger Medical Center. She is the daughter of Justin Rafter and Juliann Wickham of Lock Haven. Hannah weighed 5 pounds and was 19 1/4 inches. Her grandparents are Robert and Sharon Wickham of Berwick, Bob Rafter of Washingtonville, and Eleanor Rafter of Jersey Shore.
