The Clinton Piecemakers presented a baby quilt to the first baby born at Lock Haven Hospital on or after National Quilt Day, which is March 17. That baby was Olivia Catherine Plaisted, born on March 27 at 9:02 a.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 3.5 ounces at 20 inches. Proud parents are Cassandra Catherman and Sean Plaisted.
