Heidi Elizabeth Welker, daughter of Toby and Donna Welker, 1103 Thompson St., Jersey Shore, became the bride of Donald Wayne Roupp, son of Dave and Lori Roupp of Avis, on Dec. 3, 2011.
The 3 p.m. ceremony was officiated by Father David Bechtel at the Saint Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Kendall Avenue, Jersey Shore. Ryan Doyle, cousin of the bride of Pittsburgh, served as an altar server.
The bride wore an ivory lace strapless gown adorned with pearl beading and Swarovski crystals. Her dress was complimented with a handmade bolero jacket to match the gown made as a gift by Dee McDermit of Jersey Shore.

Maid of honor was Abbey Welker of Jersey Shore, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Hannah Martorelli of Pittsburgh, sister of the bride; Katie Shemory of Jersey Shore, Melissa Donovan of Crozet, Va., Sarah Smith of Waymart, Alexis Kohler of Jersey Shore and Amanda Pauling of Avis, all friends of the bride. Riley Doyle of Pittsbugh, cousin of bride, served as a junior bridesmaid.
Best man to the groom was Bo Gardner of Avis, friend of the groom. Ushers were Chris Hooven of Woolrich, cousin of the groom; Chris Winchester of Jersey Shore, David Dershem of Jersey Shore, Kenny Koons of Linden, Joel Cummings of Jersey Shore and Will Ramph of Avis, all friends of the groom. Dominic Roupp, son of the groom of South Williamsport, served as a junior ring bearer.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's family at Haywoods on the Green of Mill Hall. The couple honeymooned aboard Liberty of the Seas to the Caribbean for a week following their wedding. They are now residing in South Williamsport.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Jersey Shore Area High School and a 2008 graduate of Mount Aloysius College, Cresson. She is a free-lance sign language interpreter in Williamsport.
Her husband is a 2003 graduate of Jersey Shore Area High School and is employed by Wm. L. Robinson Concrete Contractors Inc. of Linden.
