I live on Pennsylvania Avenue in Mill Hall and have a young child.
I would like to ask that the maniac drivers who think this piece of road is a drag strip to please slow down.
The speed limit is 25 miles per hour, not 75 miles per hour.
There are plenty of children in this neighborhood who cross this street daily. Please do not turn a child's fun-filled day of playing outside into a tragedy.
And this isn't a slam to bikers as I enjoy riding motorcycles, but the public always hears complaints from bikers that automobile drivers don't pay attention to you while you are riding your bike.
Speeding makes it difficult, if not impossible, for pedestrians, especially kids, to feel safe about crossing the street.
Slow down people. Kids are our future ... let's make sure they get there.
