Ashley M. Seyler, daughter of Kerry and Beth Seyler of Howard, received a Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Board of Governors' Scholarship.
Ashley will graduate in June from Central Mountain High School and plans to major in mathematics at Shippensburg University in the fall.
