Bethany Sellers, 5, of Lock Haven had her hair cut for the first time in her life on April 18 and saved her thick, blonde pony tail for Locks of Love. “I’m going to give it to sick people who don’t have any hair,” she said. Carrie Steckenfinger at Gio’s 222 Hair Salon of Lock Haven did the honors. Bethany is the daughter of Kristy Sellers and Bill Sellers.
