Troy Probst
Troy Probst presented a program about the types of products the firm engineers, designs, manufactures and delivers to customers anywhere in the world. Each unit is specifically designed for the customer, he said. The company was founded in 1926 and has been operating in this area since 1976. It is now locally owned, since 1997, and employs about 150 people.
Probst was introduced by monthly program chair Allan Lugg and received a copy of the children's book on careers, "Whose Shoes," as a token of appreciation. The book is presented in recognition of the Rotary Literacy Project.
Rotary of Lock Haven meets each Tuesday at Haywood's on the Green at noon. More information is available from President Loretta Coltrane at lcolt@kcnet.org.
