Access device fraud
CASTANEA - Monica Green of Castanea reported to state police at Lamar that an unknown actor used her H&R Block tax refund card to make unauthorized withdrawals totalling $1,140.50. The incident occurred on April 10 between 2:13 and 3:34 p.m.
Criminal mischief
FLEMINGTON - State police at Lamar are investigating a report of criminal mischief in Flemington Park between April 27 and 28.
Police said unknown actors painted the walls of the restroom and fled the scene.
Guns stolen
MILL HALL - Sylvester Wisniewski of Mill Hall reported to state police at Lamar that his garage was entered and six guns were removed between Oct. 3 and April 20.
Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call state police at 726-6000.
Harassment alleged
LAMAR - State police at Lamar investigated two incidents of harassment.
- Stephen Wurm, 43, of Lock Haven was charged with harassment following an incident at 6 p.m. May 2 at 206 Oak St., Flemington. Trooper Christopher Wilson of the state police barracks in Lamar said Wurm grabbed Bryan Haagen, 21, of Lock Haven, by the neck during an argument and shoved him.
- At 9:21 a.m. April 26, Trooper Wilson responded to a report of harassment at 18 Rosencrans Lane at 9:21 a.m. April 26. The victim is a 41 year-old female, who alleges she was shoved by the suspect, a 41 year-old male, Trooper Wilson said. The investigation is continuing.
Institutional vandalism
LOCK HAVEN - City police are investigating an incident of vandalism at the Church of Christ, 714 W. Walnut St.
Police said vandals spray painted the side of the church causing $1,000 damage overnight Wednesday.
Keys found
LOCK HAVEN - City police are in possession of a set of keys that were left inside Northwest Savings Bank on Wednesday morning. The keys are described as one for a Dodge vehicle with a remote and the other a house key.
The owner may claim the keys at the city Police Department.
