MILL HALL - The Clinton County Women's Center is planning a gala with two auctions and entertainment, Friday, May 11 at Haywood's on the Green at the Clinton Country Club.
Open to everyone, the evening includes a cash bar at 6 p.m. and a buffet dinner at 7 p.m. A silent auction will be conducted, starting at 6 p.m., and a live auction and live music by Keystone Cats will begin when the buffet opens. Tickets are $30 per person.
Grant Miller is serving as auctioneer. On the block will be a Robbie Gould jersey; autographed baseballs from the championship Keystone Little League team; autographed photos of America's Next Top Model Brittani Kline; an airplane ride in a Piper Cherokee; Best of Clinton County gift certificate packages; handmade quilts and other handmade items; jewelry; golf and lots more.

The center also is welcoming new interim director Mary Jane Isenberg this month. One of the agency's founders, she brings a wealth of experience in the field of human services and recently helped the center write its strategic plan.
Reservations for the gala may be made at the women's center in Lock Haven or by calling 748-9539. Monday is the last day to make reservations.
Sponsors are still being accepted. A $150 sponsorship includes two complimentary tickets, mention in the printed program and the sponsor's name on display.
