LOCK HAVEN - A Lock Haven woman was arrested this weekend for endangering her child - for the eighth time in a year- by allowing the 5-year-old toddler to wander free and unsupervised in Lock Haven.
Lori Lynn Spicer, 353 E. Main St., was arrested on felony warrant, arraigned and placed in the Clinton County Correctional Facility in default of $10,000 bail pending further legal action.
City police said the most recent incident occurred April 28 when the little girl was found walking around near her home with no adult supervision.
Police had no other details by press time today.
