Schrack will talk about such topics as issues for property owners relating to Marcellus, frequently asked questions like do I own the oil and gas rights or mineral rights on my property and how to find if I own the rights; what is this oil and gas lease and how do I know if I am getting paid for the oil and gas in my property; what are my rights and can I terminate my lease?

Patrons are asked to register so the library has enough materials on hand. Walk-ins, however, can also be accomodated. For more information or to register, call 748-3321.
