This handsome young man is charles Henry Chaplain V. He turned 8 years old on Jan. 25 and was guest of honor at a Sponge Bob party at Trout Pond Skating rink in Hughesville.
He is in the second grade at Jackson Elementary School, Williamsport. His teacher is Ms. Himes. He has a little brother, Curtis Chaplain.
Charles likes to come to Lock Haven and visit his new baby cousin Dakota Wilson, and spend time with his Uncle Dennis Chaplain and Aunt Viola Chaplain.

Charles is the the son of Mary and Charles Chaplain IV of Williamsport. Grandparents are Emma Chaplain of Lock Haven and Sunny Harris of Williamsport. His grandfathers are the late Charles Chaplain III and Glenn Harris. His great-grandmothers are the late Mildred Chaplain and Mabel Shadle.
