HANEYVILLE - Emergency crews and a LifeFlight helicopter from Geisinger Medical Center were called to a vehicle accident with entrapment at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday on Lower Pine Bottom Run Road in Watson Township.
Reports from emergency responders at the scene to the Clinton County Communications Center were that one person was critical with severe head trauma and a second person was described as "walking wounded."
The emergency helicopter was immediately called and landed in nearby Springer's field to transport the injured.
Haneyville Fire Company volunteers were first on scene. Several other area fire departments and emergency service units also responded.
