LOCK HAVEN - Imagine what a great impression our fair city made on graduation weekend.
Our downtown streetscape, the Hometown Hero banners, and the fact that most of the storefronts are filled with commercial enterprises must have beckoned parents, grandparents and others who arrived for the ceremonies Friday and Saturday at Lock Haven University.
But a drive up West Main Street was enough, no doubt, to start to change that impression.
