Kenneth Wagner, 56, of Lock Haven, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Lock Haven on Nov. 23, 1955, a son of the late Paul Thomas and Betty (Fye) Wagner.
Kenneth was married to Ruby Gail (Klinefelter) Wagner on Aug. 20, 2008.

He worked at International Paper, Inc. in Lock Haven and retired in 2002.
Kenneth loved gardening (canning and his fruit trees), camping, fishing, hunting, swimming, wood working and making wooden crafts, many animal pets throughout his life and being with his family and friends.
Kenneth had a special place in his heart for children he loved and cared for. In his special relationships with them many grew to know him as "pap" or "pappy." He is greatly loved by many who knew and loved him and he will be greatly missed.
Kenneth was preceded in death by both his parents.
Surviving are his wife, Ruby Gail Wagner; one daughter Kendra Lexine Wagner of Zion; one step-son Allen Wayne Confer of Lock Haven; one step-daughter Casey Leanne Pursel of Lock Haven; one brother Paul Thomas Wagner of Lock Haven; four sisters Darla (Thomas) Matter of Pine Creek, Diane (Kirk) McKeague of Loganton, Dora Eichenlaub of Mifflenburg, and Dawn (James) McKeag of Jersey Shore, as well as many other relatives and dear friends.
The tribute service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall. Friends and relatives will be received one hour prior to the service.
