Jacqueline A. Fisher, 47, of 206 Railroad St., Jersey Shore, died Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Jersey Shore Hospital.
She was born on Dec. 28, 1964 in Lock Haven, the daughter of Robert Sweely of Charlton and Patricia Swartz Wadsworth of Lock Haven.
Jacqueline was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School. She was a caregiver and worked at both Assante's and Rumor's.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Cassandra M. Knull of Jersey Shore; her step-father, Chet Wadsworth of Lock Haven; three brothers, Robert Sweely of Jersey Shore, Todd Sweely of Hughesville and Chris Ward of Lock Haven; a sister, Radelle Fritz of Duncannon; and four nieces and six nephews.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington. Private memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Clinton County SPCA or the American Cancer Society.
