JS superintendent should go

May 22, 2012
By MARY MORIARITY - Jersey Shore

There seems to be a lot of controversy about the arrest of the superintendent of the Jersey Shore School District on a suspected DUI in or near Milton.

Why does he live outside of the district?

How can he criticize students about drinking?

What a hypocrite!

Does the board think it's alright to be allegedly drunk on his own time? How can anyone describe him as a good superintendent with this alleged DUI?

How can anyone believe he only drinks on his personal time.

I think the superintendent needs to resign his position now and not attend graduation.

He has violated his trust of leadership of this district.

The citizens have a right to demand his dismissal.

The school board needs to honor its promises to the district and fire him.

Get some backbone, school board members, and do your job.

No more buyouts or excuses for this person ... my opinion of course.
