LIGONIER - Bald Eagle Area used a seven-run seventh inning to beat Ligonier Valley, 7-6, yesterday in the quarterfinals of the District VI Class AA Softball Championship, at Ligonier.
Chelsea Poorman delivered for the Lady Eagles with a two-run double in the seventh.
Bald Eagle Area will travel to Central on Thursday for the semifinals of the District VI Class AA Softball Championship.
